If you wish to create a self-service experience for your customers and prospects, you can leverage the Pima's Request Centers feature. To access it, click the Manage Account
button in the bottom left, and navigate to the Request Centers tab.
By default, every company has access to the Default Request center. You may create additional Request Centers per category as you see fit. Copy the link to the Request Center of you choice and place it onto your website or Security page. Requests made through this URL will show up in your Requests
page.
For a more customized approach, you can embed the request form into your website.
